Meet Our 2023 Summer Talented: Alijah and Ryan!
I’m thrilled to introduce you to two inspiring young talents who have been making waves at Kynice Designs this summer: Alijah and Ryan! As part of our team, they’ve been busy honing their skills in graphic design and content creation, and their impact has been nothing short of amazing.
These motivated teenagers joined us through the wonderful opportunity provided by Wendy and Rose from Higher Up, and they have hit the ground running! Alijah and Ryan have been immersing themselves in training, learning the art of generating captivating images and prompts, and using their newfound skills to create stunning reels, eye-catching flyers, and engaging social media posts.
Their creativity and enthusiasm are contagious, and they bring fresh perspectives to every project they tackle. Whether it’s brainstorming new ideas or bringing a vision to life through design, Alijah and Ryan have proven to be invaluable members of the Kynice Designs family.
A huge thank you to Wendy and Rose from Higher Up for introducing us to these talented individuals. Your support has made it possible for Alijah and Ryan to shine, and we can’t wait to see all the incredible things they will accomplish in the future.

Internship Program
Kynice Designs has partnered with Higher Up to create opportunities and support for local students, helping them reach their fullest potential through meaningful summer job and internship placements. This collaboration aims to build strong relationships that foster a sense of community investment in youth and drive shared success. By working together, both organizations hope to provide valuable experiences that shape students’ dreams and improve future outcomes for everyone involved.
